New technology from Microsoft
In the ongoing feud between Apple and Microsoft there seems to be a slight smigden of arrogance coming from the Apple side. They seem to be looking down upon Microsoft for what reason I am not but I read an article recently that shown Microsoft in a slightly different light.
The article was comparing the recent I’m an apple I’m a pc ads and pointed out that although Apple claim that Microsoft have been working on nothing except Windows Vista for the last 5 years they have infact been working on lots of new technology. Take for example the xbox, the xbox 360 and various other pieces of technology that for the most part have been very well received.
The article also goes on to point out that the Mac operating system is a Niche operating system which is something I never stopped to consider. When you actually think about it Microsoft are in a different league to Apple when it comes to people using their technology.
I am not siding with either here. In fact I think the whole thing is slightly pathetic and made more so by the thousands of Apple lovers that insist on sladering Microsoft Technology at any chance they get.
The fact is that Apple had to cater for even half of the customer base Microsoft has then their OS would probably be a lot different.
